BE PREPARED:

What to bring with you when you evacuate (time permitting):

  1. Identification

  2. Medications/prescriptions

  3. Important documents (birth certificates, marriage certificates, insurance policies etc.)

  4. Emergency supplies including food and water for a minimum of three days

  5. Clothes and toiletries

  6. Pets and pet supplies

FIRE SURVIVOR ASSISTANCE:​

  • American Red Cross

    • Provides help with basic needs, and assistance through the recovery process (including how to file claims for loss and damage reimbursement, and information about rebuilding assistance)

      • Go to a Red Cross evacuation shelter or call 800-733-2767 (800-REDCROSS).

  • American Red Cross Safe and Well Website

    • SafeAndWell.Org

    • Register yourself as safe and find loved ones during a disaster.​

  • United Way of Northern California:

    • Providing immediate one-time financial relief up to $500 per household. The residence must be your primary residence.

  • Northern Valley Catholic Social Services: 

    • Offering gift cards along with limited assistance with rental deposit (first/last month's rent) and hotel stays for those in need - on a case-by-case basis. Call 530-247-3341.
